Requirements:
1. The course will be conduced in English.
2. Reading Materials:
i. “Understanding the WTO” (The book is available at http://www.wto.org/english/thewto_e/whatis_e/whatis_e.htm)
ii. Materials about current developments and negotiations on relevant issues. Please visit WTO official website at: http://www.wto.org/ and click “TRADE TOPIC” to find information.
iii. Other materials that can be found at the WTO website.
iv. For those who can read Chinese, the text book “International Trade Law: New Legal Order under the WTO” is an additional reference.
v. Participants should always bring the texts of WTO agreements to the class each time. The texts can be downloaded from WTO official website.
vi. Handout will also be provided from time to time.
3. Participants need to come to the class each and every time with good preparations. In no event, the participants should miss two or more classes without good reason. Discussions in the classes are very important.
